TruGreen ChemLawn Sucks

Several months ago I was in my kitchen when I noticed a man climbing over my rockwall and wrought iron fence totalling six and one half feet high. I noticed he was with TruGreen ChemLawn. He proceeded to treat my lawn without my permission. In my opinion he was trespassing. Anyway, I continued to watch him treat the lawn and then climb back over the fence. He left me a bill which I never paid. Instead I complained immediately to the office here in El Paso and the person told me she would take care of it since I had not ordered the service. Well, they never did anything about it. Instead, they began to send me past due notices before finally turning it over to a sleazy bill collector in Dallas.

I imagine this is standard operating procedure for TruGreen ChemLawn. Mostly preying on the elderly but will screw anyone they can. I just thought I'd put this out there. Anyone who is doing a search on TruGreen ChemLawn and thinking about doing business with them might want to be careful. I'd think twice about it. Seems to me they are about as unethical as it gets.
