Richard Greene, EPA Region 6 Director

That's Jeffrey Dahmer on the right. As far as I know he was not related to Mr. Greene though (despite several points of likeness) and he was never associated with the EPA. Jeffrey Dahmer was just a sick, deranged individual.

Of course that's Richard E. Greene himself (who sucks) on the left. Now I know why Richard Greene sucks so hard. Turns out he was appointed by none other than George Bush. And everyone knows that George Bush is the biggest idiot in the history of the United States. No wonder Richard Greene likes to throw taxpayer money away. George Bush is the icon for waste, fraud and abuse.
